Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The product must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the product you received and place a new order for the item you want once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
